Well my lovely wife brought home warm blueberry muffins from Whole Foods and they pretty much rock! I know it's not a low fat way to start the day but it sure is a tasty way. I think I'll have to make it up at lunch as Tatiana wants gyros for dinner.

LOL....yeah a blueberry muffin sounds good. But I did have a very good chicken breast merinated in red wine and Basque season last night...umm good eating right there!!

i never hear abaout 4day diet. m y diet use the mealwheel.thiis have the diet to preparer for low carb and no meat becuae o f the fat make the glukosin. perhaps the mealwheel will help you.

I was looking into some diet pills myself. Ive used fat burners before and with a proper diet and working out they worked but that was years ago. Im not sure what to use now.

there are many ways for you to have a balance diet, that is to have some of all in one plate, that is, vitamin, protein, etc...

Its not the 4-day diet because it only lasts 4 days. There are 7 modules. Each module lasts 4 days and you can skip modules and repeat the modules you like, go in whatever order, as long as you start with the 1st module, which is a detox module.
