
I love Korean Barbecue, known as Bulgogi and this easy and healthy recipe should fit into a busy schedule and a reasonably low fat diet. Traditionally this is made using beef short ribs with about 25% fat but my recipe uses skirt steak with about half the fat and less then 60 calories per oz.
This spicy cucumber salad makes a great Chinese or Asian appetizer or side dish with spicy foods. It has a clean taste with just a hint of spice that's a good pallette cleanser. Recently I made a triple batch for a party and everyone loved it.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
