After eating leftover turkey and dressing for a couple of days you might appreciate this recipe because it adds a spicy twist that you may have been missing during the holidays. Tomatillos and turkey are excellent together so this is a perfect recipe to use up that leftover turkey.

This makes a great sauce right in the pan and is basically hand off for the last 10 minutes of coocking so you have time to finish anything else. On New Years Eve when Alana and Genna were over I used that time to enjoy a glass of wine

This fat guy prefers this fried rice over any other I've had and many friends request this when coming over and claim that this is the best! The list of ingredients may seem long but it's not as bad as it seems. I highly recommend that you put the chopped garlic and ginger in small bowls to keep them out of the way.

Here's a great leftover turkey recipe that uses some different flavors than the usual Thanksgiving fare. You can use leftover chicken as well and I often make this the day after we bring home one of those grocery store roasted chickens.
