
Egg Foo Yung is perfect for a fat guy like me that's trying to lose weight. It's packed with protein, cheap, fast and easy (hmmm..... that reminds me of something else)
Green eggs and ham was one of my favorite stories growing up and greens were always part of my diet growing up so it's no wonder that I love this recipe. You can leave out the ham as the mushrooms add plenty of flavor but I like for sentimental reasons.
Fresh mushrooms and eggs make a great low fat omelet breakfast. Add some fresh herbs and some turkey bacon and you have a breakfast that will keep the whole family happy.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
