1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 - 12 wedges
1 cantaloupe peeled, seeds remove and sliced into about 8 to 12 wedges
1/4 cup honey
1 T lemon or lime juice
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
pinch of salt (optional)
Combine the honey, lemon juice and cinnamon if using. You may need to thin this out with a few drops of water but it should be OK. Brush all sides of the fruit with the honey. Sprinkle with salt if using.
Make sure that your grill is hot and clean. Grill the fruit for about 4 minutes or until you get some nice dark grill marks. Turn for another 4 minutes. Leave your grill open as slow cooking isn't needed.
