6 whole grain pitas
1 T oilve oil or cooking spray
1 1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin seeds
1 tsp group caraway, corriander, garlic powder, chili powder or cayenne (all optional but one extra should be enough)
Preheat oven to to 400 degrees. brush one side of each pita with oil or spray lightly. Sprinkle a little salt, cumin and if desired one of the optional spices. Back in a single layer on a cookie sheet for 6 to 8 minutes. Then flip and brush or spray with a little more oil. Cook another 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
Additional Tips
These seem to get more crispy as they cool down if you don't crowd them in a bowl or stack them tightly. I usually wrap leftovers in a paper towel and then just put them back in to the bag they came in.
