Low Fat Berry Parfaits may seem like having breakfast for dessert but it's totally different. OK, maybe it's not so much different but if you use cool looking parfait glasses or glass coffee mugs it seems different.
In 12 oz parfait glasses or even 16 oz beer mugs make a few layers of the ingredients by placing a little yogurt, 1/2 of fruit, all the cereal, another layer of yogurt (leaving only 2 T for topping), the rest of the fruit (you could save a berry or two for decoration on top), graham crackers and the that last of the yogurt.
Drizzle with a little honey or place a mint or basil leaf on top.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
