4 slices of your favorite whole grain bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but very useful)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional
Try almond extract (I don't like it but some people do)
Add some orange zest or even orange liquor
Mix the eggs and the next 3 ingredients together until smooth and frothy. Soak the bread in the mixture and put into a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
