This Low Fat Sherry Vinegar Dressing makes a great addition to salads with chicken or fish added.
Add minced garlic to the sherry vinegar and mash a little. Then whisk in oil. Season to taste and server on top of Low Fat Salad Nicoise or other salad.

Low fat breakfast burritos are fast, easy to make and will make you forget you're eating like a fat guy on a diet.
