This low fat red cabbage slaw is an excellent add to your healthy diet plan because it's fast, flavorful and easy. This is a great addition to fish tacos, fajitas, sandwiches or just served with beans and chicken.
6 cups red cabbage cut into 8ths and then sliced thin (about 2/3 head) or grated
1 cup chopped cilantro
Lime juice from 2 to 3 limes (depends on your taste)
1 T olive oil or canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
Optional
Zest from 1 lime
1 tsp freshly ground Cumin or Coriander

Low fat breakfast burritos are fast, easy to make and will make you forget you're eating like a fat guy on a diet. The truth is that I'll put just about any leftovers in my breakfast burritos such as any greens, beans, meat, seafood, vegetables and even a little pasta. Try this one and experiment later.
