1 T black bean sauce (found in Asian markets and many grocery stores)
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sherry
hot pepper to taste
Follow the recipe for Roasted Green Beans and while they're cooking mix the sauce ingredients. When the beans are done, put all of the ingredients above into a skillet, add the beans and stir to coat cooking for 1-2 minutes.

Guys, you can eat beef and still lose weight but you have to choose your beef wisely. This is a great recipe for cooking a low fat steak and packing plenty of flavor into it. |
Additional Tips
I always serve these with chili/garlic sauce as I like the extra heat and my lovely wife does not.
